The story of TeaGritty began with three engineers – Anubhav, Amritpal, and Dhairya – whose journey from code to tea leaves is as unique as the blends they create. During their intense engineering projects, they discovered that their need for mental clarity and stress relief led them to explore the ancient wisdom of tea.
Our engineering background taught us to solve problems systematically," explains Anubhav." When we noticed how different tea blends affected our focus and stress levels, we saw an opportunity to apply our technical expertise to something unexpectedly meaningful.
The trio's analytical mindset proved crucial in their transition from tech to tea. Amritpal's interest in data patterns merged perfectly with understanding tea profiles, while Dhairya's expertise in algorithms became the foundation for their AI-powered blending system. Together, they transformed their personal quest for calmness into a sophisticated tea-blending methodology that combines engineering precision with traditional tea wisdom.
